A two storey property suitable for two adults, with a double bedroom (double bed) upstairs, small kitchen, shower room and living room downstairs which opens on to its own small secluded terrace and sun trap garden.
Swallow Barn is situated in our yard set well back from the road, with plenty of off road parking, it is very tranquil with lots of bird life and you can hear owls most nights. There is a lovely view of the village of Butterton and with a short walk up the paddock behind the property a view across the hills of the Manifold Valley.
Up to two dogs are welcome on request - small fee.
